Hello, and thanks for stopping by! In 2016 while researching different ways to make passive income, my husband and I came across the idea of “house-hacking”. 2 years and several offers later we successfully purchased our first duplex! During our home buying process, I realized how much I enjoyed the world of real estate and dreamed what it would be like to have my real estate license. Now, that dream is a reality!
